If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away. For canceled orders paid by PayPal and Stripe, we have a 10% transaction fee. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.

GOOD PRODUCTS - CARING SERVICE

The staff at Luxbrellas, especially Matt, is very friendly and helpful and make every attempt to ensure that your experience with the company is a positive one. The first umbrella I got was very good and exactly what I wanted. Wooden handle, easy workings, and a good canopy. So I gave them a second order for a different, and slightly more elegant product. It is a fine product (gold horse's head handle). I have nothing but praise for Luxbrella or its products, but their shipper is not good. When shipping was delayed, thought, Luxbrella went out of its way to intercede and make sure the item was finally delivered. You can buy with confidence.

Accommodating Customer Service

I ordered an umbrella, but changed my mind on needing it while it was being shipped. There were complications with shipping it back for a refund, so they gave me a full refund back to my account and let me keep the umbrella. Overall, a really helpful experience with customer service! The umbrella is nice quality as well, regardless of whether I need it now or not, it’ll be good to have around just in case.
