When will you ship my order?

We ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, complete with tracking details sent to your email.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your delivery will take 5-10 business days for US orders, 7-14 business days for Canada, UK & Europe, and 10-14 business days for Australia. All other locations can expect delivery within 10-21 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Your order will be delivered by our trusted partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or DPD. We'll select the best carrier for your location.

Returns

What if I want to return an umbrella?

You can return your umbrella within 30 days of delivery. The umbrella must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included. Contact our customer support team to start your return.

How do returns work?

Simply contact our customer support with your order number to start a return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your umbrella, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.

Can I exchange my umbrella?

Yes! Contact our customer support to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your original umbrella in unused condition with original packaging, we'll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. Track your delivery by using your order number and email on our website, or simply log into your account to check your order status.

When will my tracking number be available?

You'll receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours after your order ships.

Orders

How can I change my order?

Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We can modify your order if it hasn't been shipped yet.

Where can I view my order status?

Log into your account to view your order status, history, and tracking information. You'll also receive email updates about your order.

Can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address for unshipped orders only. Contact us immediately with your order number.
