Return/Exchange Eligibility:

  • The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if needed.

Return Process:

  1. Once the return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Affix the provided shipping label to the package (if applicable).
  3. Drop off the package at a nearby shipping center or arrange for a pickup.

Exchange Process:

  1. After initiating the exchange, our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the original item.
  2. Once the return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

Refund/Exchange Timeframe:

  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 2-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the original item.

Cancellations:

If your order has been paid for but not yet shipped, we can cancel it immediately. Please note there is a 10% transaction fee for all cancellations. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
