Return policy

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

- Any accessories or tags that came with the product should be included.
- The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if needed.
Return Process:
- Once the return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Affix the provided shipping label to the package (if applicable).
- Drop off the package at a nearby shipping center or arrange for a pickup.
Exchange Process:
- After initiating the exchange, our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the original item.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.
Refund/Exchange Timeframe:
- Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 2-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the original item.
Cancellations:
If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away. For canceled orders paid by PayPal and Stripe, we have a 10% transaction fee. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
