When will you ship my order?
Orders will be handled within 48 working hours. Please consider delays during public holidays and high-demand periods.

What if I want to return an item?
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an order, please contact us for assistance.
When will return be process?
Once we have received your parcel, we will do our absolute best to process this as soon as possible.
Tracking
How can I track my order?
We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. All you require is your order number and email.
To track your order click here or follow these steps:
- Log in to your Luxbrellas account
- Navigate to your order
- Click on the individual item's tracking number and you should be routed to it's corresponding tracking package
When will the tracking number resolve?
Your order ships after our warehouse packages and sends it to the courier. An email with your tracking number will follow. Some delivery services may take up to 3 business days for tracking resolution. If not resolved, contact us with your order number for further investigation.

How can I change my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number!
What if I want to cancel an order?
If the order has been paid but not yet shipped, we can promptly cancel it. Canceled orders paid via PayPal and Stripe incur a 10% transaction fee. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
